Manage your profile, monitor sessions, and understand how we protect your data.
Profile Settings
| Setting | Description |

| Display Name | Your first and last name, shown across the platform. |
| Email Address | Used for login, notifications, and account recovery. |
| Phone Number | Optional. Stored securely; not shared with third parties. |
| Bio | A short description visible on shared boards and team views. |
| Avatar | Upload a profile photo or use your provider avatar. |
| Theme | Toggle between light and dark mode. |
Account Actions
Change Password
Update your password from Settings → Account. Requires your current password.
Connected Providers
View and disconnect Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira from Settings → Integrations.
Active Sessions
View your active sessions and sign out from other devices.
Export Data
Request a full export of your work items, chat history, and boards.
Delete Account
Request account deletion from Settings → Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and all data is permanently removed within 15 days. You can cancel deletion during the grace period.

All data encrypted at rest with AES-256.
All data encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+.
OAuth 2.0 authentication with secure token handling.
Provider credentials encrypted and stored securely — never in plain text.
Session tokens expire after inactivity; re-authentication required.
Account deletion permanently removes all data within 15 days.
Data Privacy
We never sell your data to third parties.
AI providers (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) do not train on your data.
Code analyzed for impact analysis is not stored — only metadata is read in real-time.
You can request a full data export at any time.
