When do credits reset?
Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Purchase top-up packs from Settings → Billing. Top-up credits are added immediately and do not expire at month-end.
What happens when I hit my limit?
AI-powered features (generation, analysis, chat) pause until your credits reset or you purchase a top-up. Your existing data and boards remain fully accessible.
How do I upgrade?
Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade. Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved for 15 days after cancellation. You can reactivate within that window. After 15 days, all data is permanently deleted.
